Ravel Morrison talked about Arsenal and Manchester United plus where he wants them to finish while he was on a Manchester United fan podcast – Stretford Paddock. According to Ravel Morrison, he would like to see the Gunners win the league title, while the Red Devils come second behind the North London outfit.

Morrison, 28, came through the ranks at Manchester United having been birthed in the city of Manchester. Despite supporting Arsenal as a boy, he played for the Red Devils though the midfielder didn’t make the grades at the club. He was not able to establish himself in a star-studded Manchester United team under Sir Alex Ferguson. He played just three times for the Red Devils first team before leaving to join London club West Ham United.

Ravel Morrison is a free agent at the moment after he left Dutch Eredivisie club ADO Den Haag by mutual consent at the start of the year.

Apart from West Ham United, ADO Den Haag and Manchester United, Morrison has also featured for clubs like Italian Serie A capital club Lazio, English Championship outfit Birmingham City, already relegated Premier League outfit Sheffield United, Atlas and Ostersund. He has also played for the English Championship trio of Queens Park Rangers (QPR), Middlesbrough and Cardiff City.

Morrison has not been able to play for Arsenal, the team after his heart. It is not too late for him even if it’s highly unlikely under the present managerial reign of Mikel Arteta. He would have been disappointed by the league showings of the Gunners under Arteta. Arsenal are in ninth place and are in danger of not making it through to Europe next season.
